How the SponsorHouse.com powered Rider Support Shop Work:
1) SponsorHouse builds the shops for your sponsor
2) You get a sponsorship deal with the company
3) You visit the shop (sponsorship pricing is calculated just for you)
4) You place an order
5) Sponsor receives your order information via email
6) Sponsor gets order info from their secure site and starts processing
7) The company will change the status and add additonal information you may need (an email is sent to the address specified in your SH account)
8) The product is shipped from your sponsor or one of their distributors

Some Questions You May Have and Helpful Tips:

1) Read your contract carefully. It will tell you the details of your sponsorship deal and any extra information you may need for ordering product.

2) Read the shipping page carefully (if the shop has one). Many Sponsors have a lead time before products get shipped and rush shipping is not available. Certain products (like Oil and Fuel) can only be shipped Ground.

Have the following ready when you talk to the company:
